Surrey Road Relays, Wimbledon, 2nd Sep 2017, Results and Report
Croydon Harriers men’s team fought hard for a 7th place finish at the Surrey Road Relays in Wimbledon on Saturday.
Peter Chambers on fourth leg for the Men’s team stole show, breaking the 14 minute barrier for his 2.9 mile leg and clocking the fastest time of the day out of 435 competitors.
Alex Penfold, Glenn Barden, Jake English, Christophe Dormenval and David Brown completed the rest of the team in the 2nd fastest time around this course.
The ladies squad of Anna Corby, purchase cialis online australia Miriam De Souza, Jules Williams and Amy Dowsett finished 20th.
The men’s B team of James Moore, Alan Burn, Matthew Kiernan, Dan Humble, Oliver Hosken and Colin Oxlade were 17th.
24 hours later, Oxlade broke the 40 minute barrier at the inaugural Ladywell 10,000m event, just three seconds outside of his club record in 39.18.45. Neil Aikman ran 41:16.
