Southern Masters Indoor Champs, 17th Feb ’19, Results and Report

Mandy Rowley Jones picked up two W55 golds and a silver at Lee Valley, while setting a club record along the way.

The Croydon Harrier stalwart leapt to 7.58m in her favoured triple jump to top the standings. She was runner-up in the long jump (3.56m) but won the high jump, with the latter being a club record.

Andy Del Nevo was in action in two events. He would finish 3rd M50 in the 1500m in 5:08 and would win his pool in the pole vault in 2.71m and his age group in a new club record to boot.
