SCVAC League, M4, 8th July 2019 Report

The Croydon Harriers Veterans athletic team were in action last Monday at their home fixture.  The ladies did really well to finish in 4th place out of 8 teams. 

Jules Williams won the 2k walk at a canter for the women, prior to her debut in the Surrey senior inter county team at Asford this weekend, where she finished in a 20.10.19 in the 3k walk finishing 5th with a new PB. 

Surrey won the match against 8 of counties.  The only other winner on the night was Mandy Rowley Jones, who won the W50 triple viagra online 100mg jump in 7.71m and was second in the Discus. 

Sandie Sarker-Bell made her debut in the team with two great efforts in the 400m and mile.  They were ably backed up by Linda Oxlade, Laura Marshall and Carol Johnson.The men struggled a little and could only manage 6th position.Ian Statter came 2nd in the 2k walk and Long Jump.

Tony Richards placed 2nd in the M60 Javelin and Colin Oxlade was 2nd in the M60 mile,  they were backed up by Neil Aikman, Richard Hooper and Stuart Franklin.
