Lily B Girls League M2 Croydon Arena, 3rd June 2017, Results and Report

The young girl’s team took a giant step towards the Lily B girl’s league Final with a win on home turf at Croydon Arena on Saturday.

There were multiple event maximums, the standout on the field came courtesy of Naomi Owolabi (11.25m) and Esinam Dake (7.89m).

On the track, Lia Bonsu and Kaylicia Bamga (Under 13 girls 70m hurdles) and Rachel Largie-Poleon and Jennifer Chukwu (Under 15 girls 75m hurdles) got the day off to a solid start.

Toni Bryan (Under 15 girls 100m), Kayla Bowley (Under 17 women’s 100m and Zoe Dake (Under 15 girl’s 200m) scooped win in the sprints.
