Glave and Okoye win British titles
A huge congratulations to Lawrence Okoye (Discus) and Romell Glave (100m) for their victories at the British Championships.
Stevie Lawrence was also runner-up in the women’s 3000m steeplechase in a new lifetime best, beating the Commonwealth Games standard in the process.
Farrell Fabusiwa reached the 200m final, while Lia Bonsu nearly made the women’s sprint hurdles final finishing in 9th.
Dom Nolan also broke the club 5000m record once again which is absolutely incredible result. Well done Dom.
Monae Winston-Westfield, Jesse Agyemang and Samir Williams were also all in action in the sprints.
