England CAU Champs, 28th July ’19 Report
Croydon Harrier long jumper Paul Ogun won silver at the England Championships in Manchester, just two weeks after triumph at the Welsh Championships.
His leap of 7.40m is a season’s best and ranks him 30th in the UK.
Kayla Bowley finished 6th in the women’s 200m and there was a lifetime best for Sophie Elliss in the 400m hurdles.
