Dom Nolan wins the England 10000m title
Croydon Harrier Dom Nolan enjoyed the biggest race win of his life last week, taking the England 10,000m title in dramatic fashion.
The 26 year-old broke the 30 minute barrier for the first time in his career, clocking 29:13.70, sprinting away from the field in a tense final lap sprint.
He goes fourth on the club’s all-time rankings.
