Comp round-up 1-2 May ’21

Several Croydon Harriers kicked off their summer season at the Coulsdon Open at Woodcote School. 

Sasha Howard impressed in the under 17 women’s high jump with a 1.55m clearance. Under 13 boy’s representative Alex Giles bagged a new PB in 47.29s for the 300m and long jump of 4.38m. 

In the under 17 men’s 300m, Samuel Mowa clocked 38.61s to finish runner-up, while Faith Chen was third in the women’s 400m. 

At the Speedway 10K in Chepstow, Glenn Barden finished 129th in 37 minutes and 36 seconds.
