Three golds and three club records at the 2025 England Relay Championships

Croydon Harriers took 36 athletes to the England National Relay Championships in Birmingham on Sunday. They won three gold medals and broke three club records on a thrilling afternoon of athletics.

Cheyanne Evans-Gray, Christabel Amponsah, Tosin Salami, Lia Bonsu won the women’s 4x100m in the second fastest time in club history in 45.88s.

The Under 17 men won their gold medal in 42.00s thanks to Isaiah Easy-Riley, Malakai Eloundou-Amados, N’ziah Burrell and Farrell Fabusiwa.

U15B 4×3 gold in club record 2:34.91. Top of national rankings: Francis Bambury, Cayden Campbell, Trey Lindsay, Anjelho Macabee Rose.

U15B silver in 4×100 in 44.32 (second fastest Croydon team), lost out by just 1/100th. Team was Anjelho Macabee-Rose, Trey Lindsay, Ife Davids, Jahmal Mceachrane. Joachim Okugbe ran in heat.

Also U15G 4×100 were 5th in 49.95. Dougita Danso, Atarah Watson, Ebony Rose-Donkor, Jasmine Barrett. Fantastic effort given the absentees due to holiday and injury. Same 4 girls also competed in the 4×300 where they finished 9th overall.

U17W finished 4th in 47.19.  Kelly Ajayi, Alison Omoregie, Kaiya Ashitey, Shivelle Marshall.

U20W finished 5th in 48.60. Evelyn Bosoko, Atarah Kenton, Ziona Ofori, Khelya Ekwe. A fantastic run.

U20M finished 5th in 41.51. Ridiculously high standard with a national record to win it. AJ Anderson, Daryl Asante-Yeboah, Henry Thomas, Roshan Nawezi.

Brilliant performances from all of our 9 teams. Brilliant support. Proud of everyone.
